MendingMap Terms of Service
Welcome to MendingMap! By using this app you agree to the following terms.
1. User content
MendingMap is a community-driven platform for sharing affordable food information. You agree to:
- Share only accurate and truthful information about places, menus, and prices
- Not post content that contains hate speech, sexually explicit material, or hoaxes
- Respect other users; no spam or harassment
- Take full responsibility for content you upload (photos, comments, posts)
2. Zero-tolerance policy
Violations may result in:
- Content removal by the moderation team
- Account (guest ID) suspension
- Access restriction in line with Indonesian ITE law
Severe or repeated violations (e.g. mass spam, viral hoaxes) may be reported to authorities.
3. Intellectual property
Photos and text you upload remain yours, but you grant MendingMap a non-exclusive license to display them within the app, the web platform, and related promotional contexts.
4. No warranty
MendingMap provides information "as-is". We do not guarantee price accuracy, opening hours, or the existence of any place. Always confirm before traveling far.
5. Account deletion
You may request anonymous-data deletion via Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always available in the app and at https://mendingmap.com.
